Our seamless carbon steel pipes are manufactured from high-quality carbon or alloy steel billets through hot rolling or cold drawing processes, characterized by their dense structure, high strength, and excellent pressure-bearing performance. The products feature smooth inner walls and high dimensional accuracy, making them suitable for conveying fluids, gases, or serving as mechanical structural components. They are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, machinery manufacturing, and boiler equipment.
Our seamless steel pipe production line adopts advanced piercing and rolling technology. Starting from a circular heating furnace, round steel billets are uniformly heated before being pierced to form hollow shells. These shells are then elongated and shaped through continuous rolling mills and sized to precise final dimensions by stretch-reducing mills. The entire line is equipped with an inline heat treatment system, allowing for normalization or quenching and tempering of the pipes as required. Quality inspection procedures include online eddy current testing, ultrasonic flaw detection, hydrostatic testing, and full-dimensional inspection, ensuring that the mechanical properties, dimensional tolerances, and surface quality of every pipe fully comply with international standards such as API 5L/5CT and ASTM A106/A53.
