Our Fire Protection Pipes are manufactured from high-quality carbon steel and galvanized steel, complying with international standards including ASTM, NFPA, EN, and BS. These pipes deliver reliable pressure resistance and corrosion protection, making them suitable for sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, and standpipe installations. Custom lengths and end configurations such as threaded or grooved ends are available to meet project-specific requirements.

Our fire protection pipes are produced using high-frequency welding (HFW) or seamless hot-rolling, followed by hydrostatic testing (1.5x working pressure) and zinc coating (hot-dip or electro-galvanized). The production line includes automated ultrasonic testing (UT) for weld integrity, precision cutting (±2mm length tolerance), and end-finishing (beveling/threading). The entire manufacturing process is certified to UL/FM global fire safety standards.
