Manufactured using precision hot rolling and cold drawing processes, our bars undergo controlled annealing and straightening to ensure uniform mechanical properties. The production line is equipped with laser micrometers (±0.05mm tolerance) and ultrasonic testing systems for comprehensive defect detection, fully supporting customized OEM specifications.
