Galvalume Steel Coil is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon, forming a dense quaternary alloy coating through high-temperature solidification. This structure delivers exceptional corrosion resistance with a service life of up to 25 years and heat resistance up to 315°C. It features a smooth, silver-white spangled surface, strong paint adhesion, excellent formability for stamping and welding, and high surface conductivity.

Our Galvalume coils (Al-Zn alloy coating) provide exceptional durability with significantly enhanced corrosion resistance compared to traditional galvanized steel. Our Galvalume coils are produced through continuous hot-dip processing lines featuring computer-controlled coating bath (Al-Zn alloy temperature maintained at ±3°C) and precision gas wiping system (coating weight tolerance ±2g/m²). The integrated production system includes hydrogen atmosphere annealing furnaces, rapid cooling sections, and online surface defect detection. Fully automated control ensures perfect coating uniformity and adherence to international standards, with customized coating composition and special performance requirements available.
